Course Description: The nursing profession plays an integral role in the future of healthcare in the United States. As a practice discipline, students will be paired with a leadership mentor for real-world observation and application of leadership principles in systems thinking, innovation, change management, evidence-based practice, communication, conflict resolution, and decision making.
